10/10 Warranty // Mitsubishi Motors

In collaboration with Wilhelm Studio and Overlap Studios, we created an educational content series to enhance customer satisfaction by clearly explaining the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Warranty and encouraging owners to return to their dealerships for scheduled servicing throughout the full 10-year period. Rather than a typical boring talking head or straightforward piece to camera, our creative approach and execution delivered a more engaging and fun way to share important information. As Australia’s first 10-year/10-service warranty, Diamond Advantage offered unmatched security and peace of mind, so we presented the rules and benefits in a positive and relatable manner. The video was hosted by well-known comedian Peter Rowsthorn alongside his daughter, Frankie Rowsthorn, adding an entertaining dynamic to the presentation. Our target audience was new Mitsubishi owners aged 25 to 60 and above who had purchased a vehicle with the Diamond Advantage Warranty. The video was optimized for a 16:9 format as well as 9:16 and 4:5 social cuts, and distributed via YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Mitsubishi’s official website.
